About TVC Marketing

TVC Marketing gives independent sales associates the know-how to build a team, the tools to help sell our products and the opportunity to gain financial freedom. As an independent sales associate, you can sell the product line that fits you and your financial goals – TVC Pro-Driver or Motor Club of America.

TVC Pro-Driver is the “Trucker’s Voice in Court” – offering professional CDL holders legal representation to protect their licenses and valuable benefits to support their livelihood. We speak the language, protect paychecks and help truckers stay on the road to keep America rolling.

Motor Club of America (MCA) is “Your Friend on the Open Road” – providing travel security, roadside assistance and legal assistance for people and families on the go. A membership in MCA delivers peace of mind so travelers can enjoy their driving experience with less worry.

A trusted name since 1926, MCA is your friend on the open road, providing travel security and roadside assistance for people – and families – on the go. A membership in MCA delivers peace of mind so travelers enjoy their driving experience with less worry.

Executive Team

Virgil Coffee, Founder

Virgil’s vision to assist professional drivers with legal representation and to provide them valuable benefits and the opportunity for financial growth led him to establish TVC Marketing in 1988. Prior to founding TVC Marketing, he created marketing plans for successful multimillion-dollar companies, including Traveler’s Motor Club and Prepaid Legal Services. Virgil’s faith in God and his belief in the American dream have been the driving forces in his life and business.

Steve Hanebaum, Chief Executive Officer

Before joining TVC Marketing, Steve spent 24 years in banking. He served as executive vice president and board member for National Bank of Commerce-Oklahoma. Steve comes from a longtime Oklahoma family and holds college degrees from Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City University and the University of Wisconsin. Steve is committed to earning members’ trust and making each company in the TVC family a leader in its industry.

Kent Melton, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kent is the numbers guy behind TVC’s success. He directs accounting, tax, audit and corporate administration. Before joining TVC in 1990, Kent worked as an auditor in the banking and savings and loan industry. He loves the mission of TVC – helping the people who make America go. He’s an Oklahoma City native who takes great pride in living at the “crossroads of America.”

David Kircher, Chief Operating Officer

David Kircher oversees the day-to-day operations of TVC and directs the sales and marketing force of more than 3,400 independent sales associates. David joined TVC as MIS director and COO in 1996. He has served as president of the National Association of Travel Organizations, which promotes model state legislation for the motor club industry. David is a rare breed – a math whiz who sees the humor in just about every situation. He’s a gifted storyteller who’s sure to make you laugh.

Glenn Coffee, General Counsel

Glenn has had a distinguished career in business, law, politics and government service. He advises TVC on all legal matters. Glenn was the first Republican in Oklahoma history to serve as President Pro Tempore, the top leadership position in the Oklahoma State Senate, and later served as Oklahoma Secretary of State. When he’s not dealing with legal issues or following politics, Glenn enjoys biking, sports and exploring the outdoors.

Steve Coffee, Chief Information Officer

Steve started coding on his first computer at age 10, started college classes when he was 15 and has done process reengineering for more than 100 large companies. He is TVC’s resident digital designer and techno-strategist and manages technology and internal software development. Steve has also played on a pro paintball team, was a decathlete in high school and a discus thrower at the University of Texas at Austin.
